Refund Policy

Only items that arrive defective can be refunded minus shipping, or exchanged with free shipping. Notify us of defects by email within 24 hours of receiving item (provide pictures). Please be sure of sizing for ring to alleviate the need for exchanges. For all other purchase items can be exchanged in brand new condition for a different size or for another item within 24 hours of receiving item minus shipping. Items must be RETURNED to receive a refund or exchange. All items MUST be returned back in original packaging and with tracking.  If your package says it has delivered but is "lost in the mail", allow 3 days to accommodate any mail delays, after that time file a claim with your local postal office, and submit proof of that by email (stamped copy or confirmation email). Allow 24-48 hours for us to send a coupon code to your email for the value of your original purchase.
